American people loves Cheerios and it has been everybody’s favorite cereal for decades now,
Cheerios is a brand name of breakfast cereal produced on June 19, 1941 and commercialized by the General Mills cereal company of Golden Valley, Minnesota, as the first oat-based, ready-to-eat dry cereal. First It was called Cheeri Oats, afterward altered to Cheerios because of a brand name contravention.
The words “O” fit the shape of the cereal pieces. In another countries, including the UK, it’s sold by Cereal Partners under the Nestlé brand. In 2008, Cheerios released other line of Snack Mix, in Original and Cheese flavors. All Cheerios shipped to the east coast of the United States are manufactured in the General Mills plant in Buffalo, New York.

Honey Nut Cheerios
Honey Nut Cheerios is a variant of Cheerios brought out in 1979 pitched towards adults also children. As the first variation from Cheerios, it tasted sweeter than the original, with a honey and almond flavor.
MultiGrain Cheerios
MultiGrain Cheerios is a brand name of cereal in the Cheerios family, brought out in 1992, around the same time Berry Berry Kix was introduced. The trade name was spelled Multi-Grain Cheerios until 1997, when the hyphen was eliminated in “Multi-Grain”, and was spelled in CamelCase. The cereal originally had 4 whole grains: corn, wheat, rice and oats, until in later years when barley was added, toasted with brown sugar.
Frosted Cheerios
Frosted Cheerios were first produced in 1995, and commercialized with the slogan: “Frosted Cheerios tastes so good the box never closes!”. The commercials had cameos from celebrities such as Tia, Wayne Knight and Tamera Mowry, Melissa Joan Hart, Gumby, and Gilbert Gottfried. Don Pardo did the commercial message voice over. By 2005, Frosted Cheerios was created with whole grains and the box’s picture changed from that of a spoon, to that of Frosted Cheerios in a blue bowl.
Yogurt Burst Cheerios
Yogurt Burst Cheerios were produced in 2005 and are distinguishable from the original Cheerios by having some cereal pieces surfaced in yogurt. Currently, Yogurt Burst Cheerios come in 3 different flavors: Strawberry, Vanilla, and Blueberry.
